Intern - Dr. Sara Wefel

Dr. Sara Wefel grew up in Wahpeton, ND. She enjoyed showing Arabians and Half-Arabians in the 4-H open and breed shows prior to vet school. Currently, she enjoys competing in Western Pleasure, Hunter Pleasure, Dressage and Jumping. She attended North Dakota State University for her pre-vet education and received her degree in veterinary medicine from the University of Minnesota in May 2007. In her free-time, she enjoys hiking, backpacking, playing ice hockey, broomball and running. She also has five horses back home: one Arabian, one Half-Arabian, a mini and two Belgians.
