Intern - Dr. Kathryn Surasky

Dr. Kathryn Surasky grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada (just north of the Dakotas), where she completed high school and two years of undergraduate work. She was accepted to the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Canada. Although born and raised in the city, she started riding hunter/jumpers in junior high school then started three day eventings in late high school. She currently owns an off the track Thoroughbred mare, which she is currently re-training hopefully to be her next event horse. Outside of horses, Dr. Surasky enjoys playing hockey, ultimate Frisbee, water skiing and outdoor activities.
